Beading in July

Need your beading fix in July when BSSDC is dark? Join us for a fun filled day at Barbara Heckler's home,
July 18th from 10 AM to 3 PM. Come enjoy this bead-in to create Christmas ornaments for our December Nights
holiday tree. Bring your own patterns and beads or purchase beads and patterns from us. All participants will get a
free ornament. No charge, bring a lunch and come have fun!

June 20th, form 10AM to 3PM, Barb Heckler will be teaching a class featuring two beautiful Russian spirals.

Gallery 21

Gallery 21 was a huge success! Sales were double that of previous years. BSSDC will participate in Gallery 21
next year. Timing of the sale will coincide with December Nights at Balboa Park. Bead artists, be thinking about
participating in this exciting event.

Once again, BSSDC members had a great experience demonstrating beading techniques and showing off their work at the Del Mar Fair. Thanks to Viola Sullivan for coordinating the BSSDC table. The Bead Society will meet again on the 21st of August at the Mingei Museum.
