• Be present at the booth ½ day or day shifts (Viola to coordinate)

We now have a Gallery 21 Committee! Viola Sullivan, Diane Gonzalez and Barbara Carpenter will be bringing you Gallery 21 this year!

•Now that we've gone electronic mailing is only required for those without email and Ann Rosier has graciously volunteered to do that, thank you Ann!

Bead Jar - Dee Harvazinski
• Bring bead jar to every meeting
• Encourage participation
• Collect tickets for beads donations to the jar


Extended mailing list maintenance - Tina Hauer
Each year we continue to add to the extended mailing list new names as they are acquired at the bead bazaar. The list needs to be managed, including the identification of duplicates and the elimination of addresses no longer valid

Constant Contact - Tina Hauer
This is a mailing list service which the BSSDC pays for and uses to send information emails to it's members. It eliminates the issue of spam blockers which are often invoked when 100 + mailing lists are sent from private email addresses. As new members are added someone needs to work with the membership chair to ensure they are also added to Constant contact
